In the case of competitive or comparative selection procedures of particular national importance, the Authority may submit to the Minister of Communications the proposal, to be sent to the Presidency of the Council of Ministers, for the establishment of a Committee of Ministers in charge of coordinating the procedure itself. , in particular as regards the announcement and the tender regulations.”
