Luật quy định khi nhu cầu cao có thể xem xét hình thức đấu giá Article 33 Paragraph (1) The granting of a license for the use of radio frequency spectrum and satellite orbit is based on the availability of radio frequency spectrum allocated for the telecommunications operations, including broadcasting according to its objectives. The radio frequency allocation tables are widely distributed in a transparent manner to the public. If the availability of radio frequency spectrum and satellite orbit cannot meet the demand or the needs of telecommunications operation, obtaining license may be done through, i.e. by auction mechanism.
