1 – Frequency usage rights shall be granted for a 15-year period, and in duly substantiated situations they may be granted by the NRA for an extended time limit, to a maximum of 20 years.

Article 40.-
(1) The Administration in charge of Telecommunications may, after consulting the Agency, limit the number of frequency assignment agreements.
(2) When the number of frequency assignment agreements is limited, the Agency may only issue the said agreements following a call for competition.
