Luật không đề cập đến thời gian cho phép chuyển nhượng kể từ khi được cấp phép.

Luật không đề cập đến việc chuyển nhượng trong trường hợp nào.

Luật quy định được phép chuyển nhượng, và việc chuyển nhượng tuân thủ theo thủ tục giống với thủ tục cấp phép tần số.

Article 22 

Transfer through contract, succession, merger or security of rights defined under the permit, certificate or license as stipulated under Chapter 4 of this Law shall be in accordance with legal procedures and applicable laws. 

Transfer through contract, succession, merger or security of rights as defined under the permit, certificate or license as provided under Chapter 4 of this Lawshall follow the same procedure of granting permit, certificate or license.

 In case any telecommunications operators or persons involved with the telecommunications sectors wish to cease their operations, such operators or persons involved with the telecommunications sectors shall provide a written notice to TRC at least 30 (thirty) before the date of terminating operation by stating the reasons for such termination of the operation and to be signed by relevant telecommunications operators, persons involved with the telecommunications sector or their representative lawyers.
