CHAPTER 2 Telecommunications services
Article 7.-The authorization is granted to the supplier of telecommunications
services on a personal basis and may only be transferred to third parties after
obtaining the agreement of the Minister in charge of Telecommunications.
CHAPTER 3 Telecommunication Networks
Article 23.- The “license ”(*) is granted on a personal basis and
does not confer on its holder any exclusive right. It can only be
transferred to a third party after the agreement of the Minister in
charge of telecommunications, after consulting the competent bodies.
